Jacob Basford

Jacob Basford was born and raised in San Diego, California. He attended Colorado State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a focus in investment analysis and corporate finance. While studying at Colorado State University, Jacob completed an internship with First National Bank of Omaha and held a position as financial intern with GuideSpring Wealth Strategies.  

Following graduation, Jacob moved to Sacramento to join First Allied Securities Inc. as a registered Financial Advisor. Jacob obtained his series 7, 66 and CA insurance licenses in the summer of 2021. 

In his free time, Jacob enjoys skiing, camping, playing basketball and spending time with family and friends.
